A Lindberg & Sons is seeking qualified applicants for an Accounting and Adminstrative Assistant position at their company headquarters in Ishpeming, Michigan:
Duties:
- Assist Controller and AP Manager with accounting tasks
- Billing, subcontractor compliance, and other administrative tasks on construction contracts.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and other correspondence
- Other accounting and administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with basic financial and accounting concepts
- Construction industry experience preferred but not necessary
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends
This Job Is open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
